Condition And Originality

Identify the complete G, C or N model, body size, scale and wood before selecting a range. Inspect the bridge, top shape, neck angle and interior repairs. Steel-string conversions, replacement tops and factory-pickup N-20 versions require separate assessment. The rare early N-20 range is approximate.

For the broader comparison, read how repairs and changed parts affect guitar value. If the finish has been changed, the refinish value guide explains full and partial work and why an acoustic needs its own assessment.
