I shot every photo on this site myself. The guitars, the close-up detail shots, the headstocks and serial numbers, the shop. They are mine, and I am glad to share them. If one of my photos helps you tell a story or list a guitar, go ahead and use it. Here is all I ask.
You Are Welcome To Use My Photos
You can reuse the photos on this site for free, including for commercial work: blog posts, forums, marketplace listings, articles, videos, social media, whatever you are working on. You do not need to write to me first or pay a fee.
All I Ask Is Credit and a Link
When you use a photo, credit it to Joe Dampt, Joe’s Vintage Guitars and link back to joesvintageguitarsaz.com. A simple caption with my name and a clickable link is perfect. That credit and link are the whole deal, and they help other folks find me when they have a guitar to sell or value.
What This Covers
This license applies to the photographs I took for this site: guitar photos, serial number and authentication close-ups, appraisal photos, and pictures around the shop. It does not cover any image that came from somewhere else, like a manufacturer photo or a customer photo, on the rare page where one appears.
What It Does Not Cover: My Logo and Name
The Joe’s Vintage Guitars logo, name, and wordmark are not part of this license. Those are all rights reserved. Please do not copy them, change them, or use them in a way that suggests I endorse you or that we are connected. If you have a good reason to use the logo, just email me and ask.
A Couple of Honest Notes
The photos are provided as they are, with no warranty. Using one does not mean I endorse you, your product, or your listing. If you want something outside these terms, or you are not sure whether your use fits, reach out and we will sort it out.
