I called to see if I could get a second opinion about an electric guitar that was for sale and Joe answered at a time many people are already sleeping. He offered his services, asked me to send him some photos of what I was looking at, and in a turn around time of less than 5 minutes from me calling to Joe emailing me back with answers to the photos I had sent him, I had the extra info I needed to make a decision on the guitar purchase.
