This is a killer, chunky necked, fantastic sounding 1963 Strat with an ancient Lake Placid Blue Refin.
The important stuff up front:
-Body refinish. Lake placid blue. Very old. (body is original)
-Slightly enlarged bridge pickup route.
-Replaced leads on the original bridge and middle pickups.
-Neck pickup replaced with a 1966 Strat pickup.
-Pickup, Pots and 5 way switch not original.
-Neck plate not original.
-Replaced nut.
-switch tip not original. Knobs are.
-Neck finish original.
-Original tuners.
This is a killer playing instrument that oozes vintage tone and feel. Truly a joy to play, it features a killer chunky neck and 3 incredible sounding pickups. The old LPB refin has plenty of vintage character and looks fantastic. The guitar weighs 8.32 lbs. The frets are in great shape. Feel free to ask any questions!
