1970 Martin D12-35

Gorgeous 1970 D12-35 with a beautiful Brazilian rosewood center part on the back. This instrument is in great shape with just a few small pickguard cracks that have always remained stable after i replaced the old shrinking pickguard with a new one. The guitar plays nicely with low action and has a little bit of saddle left to lower. It is in very nice shape overall with no major cracks or dings and no repairs.
