1960 was a great year for Jazzmasters! Up for sale is this wonderful 1960 Fender Jazzaster in sunburst! The guitar is 100% original and is a joy to play! The wider than average 1.66in nut makes for a nice playable neck that feels roomy and wide in the hands. The pickups are nice and strong measuring in at 7.75 ohms (bridge) and 8.06 ohms (neck). The guitar has some attractive finish wear throughout but nothing that affects the playability or that is unsightly. Overall, the guitar presents as a nicely worn in vintage instrument. The original frets have only light to medium wear and the guitar plays wonderfully with very low action and no buzzing. Apologies for the lower quality electronic photos, they are from the original owner and I am a proponent of removing these tortoise guards as little as possible! The guitar weighs 7.68lbs and comes with a non original hard case. Thanks a lot for looking!
